Two partners of ARQIS Rechtsanwälte have been honoured as “Top Lawyers” in this year’s WirtschaftsWoche-survey of the most renowned law firms and lawyers: Dr. Andrea Panzer-Heemeier received the award for her advice on labour law, Dr. Jörn-Christian Schulze for his reputation in the fields of corporate law and M&A.

« Dr. Andrea Panzer-Heemeier » is a specialist lawyer for labour law, managing partner and heads the practice group labour law at ARQIS from the Düsseldorf office. Her focus lies in the support of labour law restructurings, in particular with regard to collective labour law, transaction support and long-term advice to companies. She is also an expert in the field of employee data protection.

« Dr. Jörn-Christian Schulze » is a partner at ARQIS and works as a specialist lawyer in the areas of commercial and corporate law as well as international commercial law. His clients include large and medium-sized companies as well as financial investors, whom he advises on all questions of corporate law and on company acquisitions, particularly in cross-border constellations.

Für die Listen der besten deutschen Arbeits- und Gesellschaftsrechtler befragte das Handelsblatt Research Institute (HRI) mehr als 4000 Juristen in 245 Kanzleien nach den renommiertesten Kollegen. Diese Liste wurde einer Expertenjury vorgelegt, die 54 Kanzleien mit 86 besonders empfohlenen Anwälten herausfilterte. Im Arbeitsrecht wählten Silvio Fricke (Bundesverband der Arbeitsrechtler in Unternehmen) und Ulrich Goldschmidt (Verband für Fach- und Führungskräfte), im Gesellschaftsrecht Claas Westermann (RWE) und Alexander Zumkeller (ABB), in beiden Gebieten Martin Schlag (Thyssenkrupp) und Achim Schunder (C.H. Beck).
