Again this year, several ARQIS lawyers are among the “Best Lawyers” in Germany: Dr. Andrea Panzer-Heemeier received the award for her advice on employment law. Prof. Dr. Christoph von Einem and Andreas Dietl received the award for their reputation in the Mergers & Acquisitions segment. And while Dr. Jörn-Christian Schulze received the award for his services as a corporate lawyer, Dimitrios Christopoulos was appointed one of the best lawyers for litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution.

“We are all very pleased with the award and proud of its underlying market recognition,” said Dr. Andrea Panzer-Heemeier, Managing Partner at ARQIS Rechtsanwälte. The leading legal advisors in the market are identified annually by the US publishing house Best Lawyers on the basis of an extensive peer-to-peer survey. « Dr. Andrea Panzer-Heemeier » is a specialist lawyer for labour law, managing partner and heads the practice group labour law at ARQIS from the Düsseldorf office. Her focus lies in the support of labour law restructurings, in particular with regard to collective labour law, transaction support and long-term advice to companies. She is also an expert in the field of employee data protection.

« Dr. Jörn-Christian Schulze » is a partner at ARQIS and works as a specialist lawyer in the areas of commercial and corporate law as well as international commercial law. His clients include large and medium-sized companies as well as financial investors, whom he advises on all questions of corporate law and on company acquisitions, particularly in cross-border constellations.

« Prof. Dr. Christoph von Einem  Prof. Dr. Christoph von Einem is head of the ARQIS office in Munich. In the early years of 2000, he built up his reputation as one of the highly recognised players in the Munich Private Equity and Venture Capital scene. He is furthermore professor at the Technical University of Munich for “Entrepreneurship and Law” and heads the Munich Venture Capital Club.

« Dimitrios Christopoulos » directs the litigation practice of the firm. He specializes in conflict solutions relating to plant engineering and product liability. In addition, he regularly defends law firms and consulting firms in disputes.

« Andreas Dietl Andreas Dietl is a founding partner and works at the ARQIS offices in Düsseldorf and Munich. He has advised on M&A matters since many years. He furthermore leads the private clients and family offices practice of ARQIS.
