ARQIS advises Black Horse on the acquisition of KAP2 building
08. July 2020
ARQIS has advised Black Horse Investments GmbH on the acquisition of the Düsseldorf office building KAP2. The acquisition took place in a joint venture with Kriton Immobilien GmbH. The company Hadar GmbH was the seller of the property, which is located in the office submarket Kennedydamm.
The joint venture is planning a fundamental renovation of the property. Originally built as New Fashion Plaza, 75% is currently rented out. The clearly structured building body has a total rental area of around 6,400 sqm, spread over 7 floors; in addition, there are about 66 underground parking spaces.
Black Horse – or rather the Schwarz-Schütte family behind it – is a long-time client of ARQIS. Our law firm regularly advises Black Horse on corporate and real estate matters, most recently in connection with the acquisition of Düsseldorf fashion houses.
