ARQIS has advised ESM Bauträger & Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH during the sale of the nursing home “Cramer’sche Fabrik” in Menden (North Rhine-Westphalia).

Acquirer is INTERNOS Spezialfondsgesellschaft mbH. The nursing home is operated by the Krutmann family (Krutmann Prosana GmbH & Co. KG). It was opened in 2006 and has 80 care places.

ARQIS received the mandate through a recommendation from RIAG Beteiligungs GmbH, which managed the sale on behalf of ESM. ARQIS and RIAG Beteiligungs GmbH recently jointly advised Alloheim Senioren-Residenzen SE during the purchase of the care home operator Senterra AG. The involved parties managed to successfully conclude the transactions for both the purchase of Senterra AG and also the current sale of “Cramer’sche Fabrik” within just two months.
