ARQIS has advised its long-term client Dynamify GmbH – which is specialised in developing and launching medical products – on its participation in DermoScan GmbH.

In return DermoScan is taking over the wireless dermatoscope which was developed by Dynamify with the help of business angel financing, and is hence also taking over the global marketing of the system. This is the first wireless dermatoscopy system for documentation and follow-up monitoring in the framework of skin cancer check-ups.

The Regensburg-based medical technology company DermoScan has been well established for six years in the field of dermatology/dermatoscopy, and serves national and international markets with the DermoGenius product line.

A team headed by ARQIS-Partner Prof. Dr. Christoph von Einem provided comprehensive consulting services for Dynamify during the transaction. ARQIS has worked for years on behalf of the Dynamify founders and also supported and supervised the various rounds of talks for financing the company.
