ARQIS advised Active Capital Company (ACC) on the acquisition of Werner Lieb GmbH & Co KG (LIEB). ACC as an independent investor specializes in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Netherlands and Germany.

With the investment in the German machine building company LIEB, a specialist in developing and manufacturing automation solutions with a focus on the semiconductor industry, ACC is expanding its portfolio in Germany and benefiting from many years of experience in mechanical engineering. The acquisition by ACC ensures the corporate succession of the formerly family-owned company and enables the expansion and internationalization as well as further growth in the semiconductor industry.

The acquisition of LIEB is another transaction in which the ARQIS team led by Mauritz von Einem acted for Active Capital Company in Germany.
