ARQIS has advised the Series B financing round of Neodigital Versicherung AG on the side of the company and the old investors. These investors are SchneiderGolling & Cie. Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, coparion GmbH & Co. KG, Deutsche Rückversicherung and ALSTIN Capital, the independent venture capital fund of Carsten Maschmeyer and his partners. They have all expanded their investments.

With Elevat3, Neodigital Versicherung was able to win another well-known financier as lead investor for the financing round. The new growth fund of Christian Angermayer, Thomas Hanke and Dr. Marlon Braumann is investing in the digital insurance company as part of a capital increase in the double-digit million euro range. The Series B round was supported by IEG – Investment Banking Group.

Neodigital is the first fully digitalised insurance company in Germany with a license from the German Financial Supervisory Authority BaFin. It offers insurance solutions such as personal liability, household contents, bicycle, mobile phone and pet owner’s liability insurance. So far, Neodigital has been able to win 175,000 customers with its fully automated business concept and is currently growing with approximately 16,000 new customers per month.

The ARQIS team around Dr. Jörn-Christian Schulze already supported SchneiderGolling and coparion in their entry into Neodigital Versicherung as well as in the financing round at the beginning of this year when Deutsche Rückversicherung and ALSTIN joined as new investors.
