Do you want to become a lawyer (m/f/d) and test your aptitude in all types of transactions in an internationally operating business boutique before, during or after your legal traineeship? Then this is the right place for you.

Your tasks

• Accompanied by a mentor, close & practical cooperation in the execution of due diligences
• Support in the preparation of related documentation in the context of corporate transactions
• Researching and drafting legal memoranda on relevant issues in the M&A context
• Preparation & editing of presentations and pitch documents

Your Profile

• Above-average completion of the first state examination
• Good English skills
• Interest in economic contexts and processes
• Your available working time is at least 3 days a week
