ARQIS is a commercial law firm with a strong and growing team in the field of occupational pensions that is highly regarded in the market. With our ARQIS Pensions Group, we offer our clients a novel, innovative and holistic type of advice that is not limited to traditional legal advice in the field of occupational pensions. We assist national and international large and medium-sized companies as well as corporate groups in all questions of company pensions, both in and out of court. In many cases, we are active in reorganization and de-risking mandates, and we also focus on judicial representation in company pension disputes across all instances as well as in post-merger integration and consolidation of pension systems. In addition, our ARQIS Pensions Group provides support in the context of M&A transactions.

For our location in Düsseldorf, we are looking for young professionals/lawyers (m/f/d) with initial professional experience. Depending on your experience background, you can join us as an Associate or Managing Associate on a full- or part-time basis.

Your Profile

You have team spirit and are open-minded, professional and committed? Would you like to handle mandates in an interdisciplinary environment? Then you have come to the right place. We expect an interesting personality with two successfully completed state examinations, a good command of English and the ability to communicate complex issues in an understandable way.
