LAWYER (M/F/D) WITH PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE CORPORATE/M&A

Intro

We continue to grow and are looking for lawyers (m/f/d) with professional experience in the field of Corporate/M&A for our Munich office. Depending on your experience, you can join us as Managing Associate or Counsel on a full-time or part-time basis.  

Your tasks

ARQIS is a commercial law firm with a strong focus on transactions. Our M&A team advises private equity investors and strategic buyers on the acquisition and sale of companies. In doing so, our lawyers implement our clients' economic goals in a legally and fiscally optimised manner.

Your Profile

Do you have professional experience in the field of M&A, do you want to support clients in an international environment and do you have above-average exam results (preferably with a doctorate/LL.M.)? Do you have an effortless grasp of legal issues and questions? In addition to an entrepreneurial bent, do you also have a business-fluent command of English? Then we should get to know each other.
