Legal Specialist (m/​w/​d) Corporate/​M&A

Intro

We are looking for a full-time Legal Specialist (m/f/d) with up to two years of experience in the field of Corporate/M&A for our office in Düsseldorf.

Your tasks

• Support in carrying out due diligences and preparing the associated documentation as part of corporate transactions
• Preparation, drafting and editing of transaction documents (such as confidentiality agreements and powers of attorney)
• Coordination of transaction processes
• Data room and project management 
• Compilation of contract attachments
• Support in expanding and maintaining the knowledge database 
• Preparation of shareholder resolutions, commercial register registrations, securities prospectuses
• Creating presentations and updating pitch documents 

Your Profile

• Excellent law degree (commercial lawyer / Master of Laws (LL.M))
• First professional experience in the field of Corporate/M&A
• Business fluent in English and proficient in MS-Office
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility and a professional appearance round off your profile
