ARQIS advises KPIT on its acquisition of Future Mobility Solutions

ARQIS has advised KPIT Technologies Ltd (‘KPIT’) on the planned acquisition of Germany-based FMS Future Mobility Solutions GmbH (‘FMS’).
The board of directors of KPIT has approved the acquisition of an initial 25% shareholding in FMS. Over a period of three years, KPIT will acquire the balance shareholding. Full acquisition is expected by last quarter of the financial year 23-24.
Future Mobility Solutions is engaged in software and feature development in autonomous driving and was founded by Prof. Dr. Harry Wagner and Dipl. Ing. Josef Obermeier.
ARQIS is advising KPIT, a global technology company headquartered in Pune (India), once again. In 2016 the team around Dr. Jörn-Christian Schulze already accompanied the sale of KPIT medini Technologies and the entry into MicroFuzzy, an automotive engineering services company headquartered in Munich.
