ARQIS advises SAG on the acquisition of Bohlen & Doyen Group
ARQIS has advised SAG GmbH on the acquisition of 100 % of the shares in Bohlen & Doyen Bauunternehmung GmbH. The share purchase agreement was signed on 10 September and is still subject to approval by the antitrust authorities.
For six decades, Bohlen & Doyen has been standing for the highest degree of competence as a construction company and for comprehensive services in particular in the areas of gas, water, sewage and long-distance heating. With its approximately 1,600 employees at 45 locations all over Germany, Bohlen & Doyen offers end-to-end services from planning via execution to maintenance of projects.
For more than 90 years, SAG Group has been a leading partner for energy related infrastructure of public utilities and industrial companies. SAG offers manufacturer-independent services and systems for the generation of electricity and for the transmission and distribution in power, gas, water and communication networks.
