06. October 2016
ARQIS has advised Nissha Printing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Nissha”) on the acquisition of Schuster Kunststofftechnik GmbH and Back Stickers GmbH. Nissha Europe GmbH, its consolidated subsidiary, concluded a share purchase agreement with the shareholders of the two German companies.
Schuster Kunststofftechnik manufactures automobile interior plastic molded components mainly in Europe, while Back Stickers produces decorative films. They are based in Waltershausen, Thuringia and have established strong customer relations with a focus on the major automotive manufacturers in Europe.
Nissha engages in the Industrial Materials, Devices, Life Innovation, Information and Communication businesses in Japan and internationally. In the future, Nissha is planning to integrate Schuster and Back Stickers with Nissha’s existing network in Europe for the purpose of expanding its business in the automotive market.
ARQIS has advised Nissha for the first time owing to a recommendation. Only recently the Japan Desk led by Dr. Shigeo Yamaguchi advised the Japanese company Fuji Machine on a participation in Tower-Factory, a German provider of intelligent storage solutions for the Surface Mounting Technology (SMT) market.
